ISHP 2010 Annual Fall Meeting Exhibitors Registration
Pharmaceutical Industry Representatives, Job Recruiters, Wholesalers, Distributors, Hospitals, and other interested parties
You are invited to display your materials, recruit for positions, or to help support ISHP and the profession of pharmacy by purchasing exhibit space and providing other needed financial support at the ISHP Annual Fall Meeting on September 24 - 26, 2010 at the Sun Valley Inn in Idaho. Space is limited in the exhibit hall, reservations are on a first come-first served basis.
ISHP has a long tradition of excellent continuing education programs, and is the only pharmacy association in Idaho that is an ACPE-accredited provider of pharmacy continuing education. The average attendance at the Fall Meeting is about 200 paid registrants plus dozens of pharmacy students. Pharmacists and technicians from hospital and health system pharmacy settings, as well as community pharmacists, attend.
The pharmacist continuing education program this year is titled "Cardiovascular Disease and Metabolic Disorders." a one-day program for technicians will be offered as well. The pharmacist program includes 16 hours of ACPE-accredited continuing pharmacy education over the three-day meeting. For a complete schedule with speakers and topics, please click here.
The exhibition area in the Limelight Rooms of the Inn will be open for set up at noon on Friday, Sept 24. All exhibits must be removed by Sunday, Sept. 26 at 1:00 PM. The exhibits are well received and the attendees are very appreciative of the exhibitors. ISHP also provides generous break time (15 minutes) between session to give attendees time to visit the exhibits. A special reception is held in the exhibit hall on Friday night beginning at 6 pm.
A single-table exhibit/display booth will cost $650 for exhibitors. A double-table exhibit/display booth will cost $1,000. The ISHP Fall Meeting also offers several other opportunities for sponsorship, including program grants, meals or breaks, A-V costs, or underwriting a technician speaker. The easiest way to register is online with a credit card. Choose “ISHP Fall Meeting Exhibitors and Sponsors Registration,” then click “Register” and proceed to check-out. You must use the online registration if you pay by credit card. If you need to mail a check, download and print a registration form and send it in with a check.
The registration deadline is Sept. 10, 2010, but we are limited to 30 exhibit tables at the Sun Valley Inn, so we expect reservations to be filled quickly. ISHP is a 501(c)(6) Non-Profit Corporation.
